Pathways has a team of Employment Keyworkers covering Aberdeen city, offering one-to-one support which is private and completely impartial.

Our team of Keyworkers will help you find work and can offer the following assistance:

• Help to identify the job or training you want;
• Help you develop a plan to reach your job goal;
• Help with CV's;
• Help with application forms;
• Help with interview skills;
• Help to make sure you are getting all the benefits you are entitled to, before and after you start work;
• Help you access funds to remove barriers to work e.g. clothing or equipment needs;
• Look for job or training opportunities for you.
